The moment you enter the Conifers you will become aware of the happy, relaxed atmosphere and tastefully decorated surroundings enabling us to provide Care Services for Continuing Care, Nursing, Residential and Dementia care on a long-term or respite basis.

COMPANIONSHIP

We actively promote friendship and companionship amongst our residents whilst still respecting privacy and freedom. We believe a care setting encourages a positive relationship with other residents and families. Each resident has the freedom to spend their time alone or in the company of others.

PHILOSOPHY OF CARE

We encourage independence, enabling freedom of choice, preserving dignity, celebrating individualism, nurturing the spirit and involving family and friends.

To accomplish this, an individual personal plan is devised by an allocated key worker to support and assist each resident to complete everyday activities for themselves.
